1. You may not use Haulora to
- Violate transportation, customs, sanctions, privacy, spam, or consumer-protection laws.
- Scrape, harvest, or access load boards, ELDs, or mailboxes without authorization.
- Send deceptive, harassing, or unlawful communications to brokers, shippers, or drivers.
- Attempt to bypass approval controls, rate limits, billing, or security mechanisms.
- Probe, scan, or attack the Services or other customers’ workspaces.
- Upload malware or content you do not have rights to process.
- Misrepresent carrier authority, insurance, or identity.
2. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access. Report abuse to support@haulora.co or legal@haulora.co.
